Summary of Terms: Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
This document summarizes essential conditions for payments, cancellations, and refunds. Refer to your signed agreement for full contractual terms, as conditions may vary depending on unit size, booking duration, start date, promotional offers, and other factors. Only the signed agreement is legally binding. Please refer to your personal agreement in the dashboard.

1. Prices & Payments
Pricing
- Prices are displayed during the reservation process.
- If prices change, we will notify you and confirm the final price before charging.
Initial Payment & Deposit
- The first month’s payment (or the full service period for bookings less than one month) and any required deposit must be paid before the move-in date.
- Your booking may be canceled if payment is not received within:
- 24 hours of booking (or less for same-day/next-day move-ins).
- Contact us immediately if you have delays or issues paying.
Payment Instructions
- Instructions are included in your booking confirmation email or invoice.
Monthly Payments
- Monthly payments are due:
- Before your monthly renewal date (normally the same as your original move-in date).
- Payments must be received before the renewal date to avoid service interruption.
- Late payments (received more than 5 days after the due date):
- Incurs a late payment fee and daily interest.
- May result in temporary sealing of the unit until payment is made, including all fees and arrears.
- Continued non-payment:
- May lead to additional fees, disposal of stored items, and termination of the agreement.
Move-Out Notice
- If moving out earlier than an agreed date, or your monthly renewal date, notify us more than 7 days in advance, to avoid additional fees.
2. Security Deposits
Refund of Deposit
- Deposits are refunded upon:
- Successful move-out: All items are removed, and the unit is clean and undamaged, and balance was settled. Fees for cleaning or repairs will be deducted if necessary.
- Or advanced cancellation:
- 14 days before move-in.
- <14 days before move-in but within 24 hours of booking completion.
- Within 2 hours of booking completion for last-minute bookings (move-in <48 hours).
Other Conditions
- Deposits cannot be used as payment for the final service period (“last month”).
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days after approval and completed by bank transfer only. International transfers/currencies may incur fees.
3. Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellations
- Clients may cancel service agreements at any time, subject to contractual conditions.
- Items must be fully vacated from the unit before the agreement is terminated.
Notice Period
- Notify us more than 7 days before your intended move-out date.
- Failure to give notice may result in penalties, including a 100 GEL fast-move-out fee.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds for service fees and security deposits are subject to different rules. An administrative fee may apply in some cases (see the “Administrative Fees” section).
Refund of Service Fees
Daily & Weekly Bookings:
- Full refund if canceled within 2 hours of booking and before move-in.
Monthly Bookings:
- Full refund (including the deposit) if canceled within 24 hours of booking and before move-in.
- For cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking, refunds depend on:
- Notice provided (more than 14 days before the storage period starts).
- Case-by-case evaluation.
- Possible deduction of administrative fees.
Refund of Security Deposits
The deposit is refundable under the following conditions:
- After Move-Out:
- All items removed from the unit.
- Unit is clean and undamaged.
- Refund processing can take up to 7 working days.
- If repairs or cleaning are required, the cost will be deducted from the deposit, and the refund may be delayed.
- If Canceling in Advance:
- >14 Days Before Move-In: Full deposit refund.
- <14 Days Before Move-In:
- Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking.
- Full refund if canceled within 2 hours of booking for move-ins scheduled within 48 hours.
- First month’s service fee will also be refunded in full or partially depending on if:
- Any admin or other fees have been incurred by us.
- The cancellation meets the above conditions.
Important Notes:
- Deposits cannot be used as payment for the last month of service.
- If conditions are not met, the deposit may be partially or fully forfeited.
- Refunds are made by bank transfer only.
- Refunds to international accounts are possible for most countries, but currency exchange or transfer fees will be deducted.
- Deposits cannot be refunded to a credit/debit card or in cash.
5. Failure to Pay
Initial Payments
- Move-in is not allowed until the deposit and first service payment are made.
- For last-minute bookings (<24 hours before move-in), advance payment is required to ensure the unit is prepared.
- If payment is not received within 24 hours, the booking may be canceled. Contact us about payment delays.
Late Monthly Payments
- Reminders:
- Sent 7 days before the due date.
- Second reminder sent on the due date.
- Penalties:
- Payments >5 days late will incur a late fee, interest, and unit sealing.
- Payments >30 days late may result in:
- Disposal of stored items.
- Forfeiture of the deposit.
- Additional disposal fees.
- Collection agency
6. Agreement Termination by StoreSafe LLC
Without Breach by Client
- 30 days’ notice will be given.
- Any unused/owed service fees will be refunded.
- If less than 30 days’ notice is provided, exit terms will be discussed case-by-case.
With Breach by Client
- Breach of Agreement (inc. Non-Payment):
- Items may be forfeited if payment or issues are not resolved within the timeframes stated in the agreement.
- Clients will be notified of the breach and given time to settle balances and remove stored items.
- Unlawful or Hazardous Use etc.:
- Immediate termination and removal of items may occur if the storage unit is used unlawfully or in violation of certain terms (e.g., hazardous materials).
