Services are operated by the StoreSafe LLC, in The Country Of Georgia, hereafter referred to as ‘the Company’. Persons engaging the services of the company are hereafter referred to as ‘the Client’.

Client Cancellation Policy

Clients have the right to cancel their contracts at any time. Any relevant penalties, as per the specific contract between the client and company would be enacted. Clients would be required to fully vacate their stored items before the cancellation is concluded, or within the timeframe agreed contractually or at time of cancellation. Otherwise stored items may be forfeited.

Refunds

1. General Policy

  • At StoreSafe LLC, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring a smooth process for all our clients.

2. Cancellation Requests

  • Notification: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our online cancellation system in the online dashboard, available on our website.
  • Notice Period: We require a minimum of 14 days’ notice before the intended move-out date. Cancellations received with less than 14 days’ notice may incur additional charges.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Daily Rentals: If you cancel within 1 hour of placing the booking, and prior to storing items, then a full refund is normally possible.
  • Weekly & Monthly Rentals: If you cancel within 4 hours of placing the booking, and prior to storing items, then a full refund is normally possible. For cases where the booking is cancelled more than 4 hours after the booking was made, and notice is given less than 14 days in advance of the commencement date of the storage period, then refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
  • Prepaid Long-Term Rentals: For prepaid rentals (3 months or longer), refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the rental period, minus a 10% administrative fee. The notice period of 14 days still applies.

4. Administrative Fees

  • Standard Cancellations: A standard administrative fee of up to 50 GEL, depending on the total value of the booking cancelled, will be applied to all cancellations to cover processing costs.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice will incur an additional fee.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval of the cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment, in most cases. For payments made by credit card, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Exceptions

  • Special Promotions: Units booked under special promotional rates or offers may be subject to different cancellation and refund terms. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of the promotion.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters, government actions, or other emergencies, we may offer alternative options or adjust the policy at our discretion.

7. Additional Considerations

  • Unit Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the storage unit must be vacated, clean, and free of damage. Any costs incurred for cleaning or repairs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Outstanding Balances: Any outstanding fees or charges must be settled before a refund is issued.

Cancellation by the Company

The company reserves the right to cancel your contract at any time.

If the reason is not due to a breach of contract by the client, then a full refund of all funds for non-used storage time will be made. Additional refunds beyond this amount, intended to cover the inconvenience of cessation of service, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If the company cancels your booking due to a breach of the client contract (including, but not limited to, non-payment), items stored may be forfeited. We will notify you of any breach of contract and you will have time to remove stored items, within the timeframes set in your contract.
