StoreSafe LLC – Pickup & Drop-off Transit Waiver
Thank you for choosing StoreSafe LLC for your storage needs! We are committed to providing convenient, reliable, and efficient pickup and drop-off services for your stored belongings.
To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please carefully review the following terms:
Packing Guidelines (Pack & Protect):
For the safety of your items, kindly ensure you have packed your belongings according to our provided packing guidelines. You may use packing materials of your choice, as long as they adhere to these guidelines below. Boxes and items that are already falling apart etc. May not be accepted.
Insurance Recommendation:
While we make every effort to handle your items with care, StoreSafe LLC does not provide transit insurance. For peace of mind, we strongly recommend securing independent insurance coverage for your belongings during transit.
Responsibility for Items in Transit:
Our team always strives to ensure your items are transported safely. However, please note that StoreSafe LLC is not liable for any damage that may occur during transit, including but not limited to actions by third-party delivery providers. To maintain our competitive pricing and flexible service, all items in transit are transported entirely at the customer’s risk.
Once the items have been checked-in to our facility then they will come under the terms of the standard storage agreement for our storage services. If visible damage is observed by our team at the time of check-in, we will confirm and report the issues to you at that time. As we cannot open your boxes etc. items within that may be damaged cannot be reported and we hold no liability if that damage is discovered after your items have been moved-out.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
We understand plans may change. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your pickup/drop-off, we will consider refunds or transference of any fees paid on a case-by-case basis depending on the notice provided. We will always do our utmost to accommodate your rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
