Instructions for making payments for our services.
Deposits & First Rental Payment
Deposit & first month rental payments are mandatory for us to hold your booking. Failure to pay within 24 hours may result in your booking being suspended or cancelled. If you have difficulty with making payment, please inform us right away so we can assist and hold your booking.
Move-in is not allowed unless deposit & first month rental payments have been received by us. For last minute bookings, we recommend using an in-advance payment method that will arrive instantly in order to avoid move-in delays on arrival.
NOTE: We do not accept cash payments. If you wish to pay in cash, please use the instructions for making payments by PayBox below.
Bank Transfer
Direct bank transfers can be made to our Georgian accounts.
IMPORTANT:
You must include the invoice number and the unit code (the unique code of your unit, located on your booking email) in the description field, so we can be sure to match your payment.

Please send money to one of the above accounts. Sending inter-bank transfers is not always instant. For last-minute bookings, if the money has not arrived to us, we’ll need to see the payment receipt in order to continue with the move-in process.
Wise & International Transfer Services
All transfers should be sent to either of the above accounts (BoG or TBC).
Please do not attempt to send a Wise to Wise transfer as this will bounce or be lost in internet limbo. We cannot receive money to online services like Venmo, Paypal etc. Please make payment to our bank accounts only.

All payments should be set to arrive to us in GEL. Any fees associated with transfers or currency conversion should be paid by you. Any bank to currency fees incurred by us due to using this method will be charged to you, the client.
International Banks
Transfer can be sent to either of the above accounts (BoG or TBC). And using the bank code and other info listed above.
International transfers from bricks & mortar banks can incur fees. Swift fees, for example, can often amount to $15 USD or more. Please check with your bank about any potential fees.

PayBox
You can send money to either of the above Georgian Bank Accounts (BoG / TBC) directly from their PayBox machines, located around Tbilisi. Follow the on-screen instructions for sending money to a bank account. You can typically insert cash into the PayBox in order to make the transfer. You may need to receive an sms code in order to complete the transfer.

Credit/Debit Card (In-Person)
We can accept payments directly by card at our office at the storage facility where your unit is located. To ensure your booking is not cancelled, please visit the office within 24 hours of making your booking in order to make the initial payment.
For last minute bookings (less than 24 hours notice) where you arrive to pay and move-in simultaneously, please note there may be a short delay for move-in while we process your booking. For this reason, it is advised to pay in advance before move-in, using one of the other methods.

Monthly Recurring Rental Payments
It’s highly recommended to automate payments so as not to miss any monthly payment deadlines, and avoid any late payment fees.
Bank Transfer – Setup an Automatic Transfer

Bank of Georgia
On the mobile banking app, go to:
My Spaces (bottom menu icon) -> Automatic Services -> Automatic Transfers
Follow the instructions to add our bank account, and the monthly payment frequency and amount, and set the date to recur on the same day each month as your original move-in date.
TBC
On the mobile banking app, go to:
Transfers (bottom menu icon) -> Scroll down to “My Orders” -> Automatic Transfers -> Standing Orders -> “+” button and “Transfer to someone else”
Follow the instructions to add our bank account, and the monthly payment frequency and amount, and set the date to recur on the same day each month as your original move-in date.
Other Banks / International Banks
For information on automatic transfer / Standing orders from other banks, please contact your bank. Or make payments manually prior to the monthly due date.
PayBox
You can pay in cash or by local bank transfer at any PayBox. Follow the instructions in the PayBox section above for each payment.
This cannot be automated, so you would need to make the payment at the PayBox each month manually, before the due date.
Credit/Debit Card
You can come to our office to swipe your card and make payment each month manually, before the due date. For your convenience, you may want to arrange annual or quarterly billing with us to reduce your required visits for making payments.
Creating a standing order (bank transfer) as explained above, is normally an easier option than manual card payments.
